Yoder & Frey, established in 1964, is a US based auctioneer specializing in unreserved auctions of heavy equipment and machinery. Known for its major annual event in Kissimmee, Florida, the company serves a global audience through on-site and online sales. Since merging with Euro Auctions in 2017, it has expanded its reach while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and transparent auction practices.
Michener Allen
Michener Allen Auctioneering Ltd., established in 1971, is a family-owned Canadian auction company specializing in industrial equipment, automotive, and RV sales. Operating from Edmonton, Calgary, and Winnipeg, it conducts approximately 50 auctions annually, including major unreserved multi-day events and timed online sales. In 2023, Michener Allen was acquired by Euro Auctions but continues to operate under its own name, maintaining its family-led management and commitment to transparent, customer-focused service.
Jardine Auctioneers
Jardine Auctioneers, established in 1982 in Fredericton, New Brunswick, is a Canadian auction company specializing in unreserved auctions of vehicles, heavy equipment, and industrial assets. Operating from a 139-acre facility, it conducts over 65 auctions annually, serving clients across Canada. In March 2025, Jardine Auctioneers became part of the Euro Auctions Group, enhancing its global reach while maintaining its commitment to transparent, customer-focused service.
North Toronto Auction
North Toronto Auction, founded in 2002 in Innisfil, Ontario, began as a dealer-only automotive auction and expanded into public sales of vehicles, heavy equipment, and recreational items. Operating from a 17-acre facility, it conducts regular live and online auctions. In May 2025, the company was acquired by Euro Auctions Group, enhancing its reach across Canada while retaining its leadership and brand identity.
