STEPS TO BE COMPLETED FOR REGISTRATION AND LIVE VIDEO BIDDING ONLINE:

First, please go visit www.realtimebid.com. At the bottom left of the page, click in the calendar on the date of the desired auction. This will open an auction-specific information page.

Next, scroll down the info page until you see a large green oval shaped button that says register/view auction catalog. You have the ability to choose your own user name and password, unique only to you, for privacy and security purposes. Fill in the remaining fields and click the submit button, if there is an uncompleted field, the form will re-appear with a message below (may require you to scroll down the page) prompting the completion of the required field. When all information is complete, the form will re-appear congratulating your registration in the message area below. You can click to enter and view the catalog below that message.

Now that you have registered with RealtimeBid.com, the most important step left is the approval process to bid online.

Approval is gained by the following:
If an online bidder has not had 5 successful online auction purchases with Yoder and Frey Auctioneers or Realtimebid.com, you will be required to make a bid deposit or provide a Bank Letter of Guarantee faxed to (407) 956-4986.

A Sample Bank Letter may be:
“(Customer Name) Bidder # is a customer in good standing at our bank.  We will guarantee the payment of checks on this account (account number) up to (specify amount) dollar for purchase at the Yoder and Frey Auction in Kissimmee, Florida.  We hereby agree that no stop payment will be issued in conjunction with this letter” (Print name and signature of the bank officer, on bank letterhead which includes the bank address and telephone number).

(Please write your user-name on the fax form to help expedite your approval.)

To place a bid deposit in the form of Cash, Certified Check, Bank Wire, go to www.yoderandfrey.com, click on the buyer information and financing icon at the left side of the page. On the new page opened, click on the payment link and it will scroll you to the payment option. Click on the “click here” link and the new page will give you precise instructions to complete the process.
OR, if you wish to use the new online credit card payment system, go to www.yoderandfrey.com homepage, click on the online icon showing a dollar sign and online payment. When the page opens, two options appear where you can make a payment or place a bid deposit. Click on the “Place Deposit” button and fill in all the required information, read terms and condition, check the box that you agree to the terms (check box is required to proceed) and your deposit will be confirmed.

When notice of your deposit has been received, we will approve your status for online bidding.

Please Note:  Do not wait until the last minute for approvals.  It could take time for the approval process to complete.

When your credit approval requirements are met, You will receive an e-mail stating you are your approved to bid with Realtimebid.com at the 35th Annual Yoder and Frey Winter Auction in Kissimmee Florida, Feb 9-17 2009.      

On the day of the auction Go to www.realtimebid.com. Scroll to the bottom of the page, locate the auction you want to attend, click on the link (the Date), On the next page opened, click on the “GO TO AUCTION” button and log-in. Once the page opens to the catalog, scroll down the page and at the bottom left, click on “GO TO LIVE AUCTION NOW” and you are ready to bid.
