MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS:
Send us a signed "2010 Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax" exemption form AND a copy of your current "Dealers License".

MOTOR VEHICLE PURCHASE (not a dealer):
Must contact Gena Gorman at 407-396-6060 to process the title work and prepare required documents. Unless you instruct us otherwise prior to final invoicing, the name under which you registered will be used to title the vehicle.

OUT OF STATE BUYERS

EQUIPMENT DEALERS:
Send us a properly completed and signed Tangible Personal Property for Resale by a Non-Resident Dealer exemption form and a copy of your drivers license or passport.

MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS:
Send us a completed and signed Purchase of a Aircraft, Boat, Motor Home, Motor Vehicle, or other Vehicle by a Non-Resident Dealer for Resale Outside Florida exemption form AND a copy of your current “Dealers License”. The exemption form document MUST be notarized.

MOTOR VEHICLE PURCHASE (not a dealer):
Send us a properly completed and signed Affidavit of Partial Exemption of a Motor Vehicle Sold for Licensing in Another State form for every vehicle being purchased. Buyer must initial the shaded area, write out the state and sign. The exemption form document MUST be notarized. Unless you instruct us otherwise prior to final invoicing, the name under which you registered will be used to title the vehicle.

FARM EXEMPTION

An exemption is available for certain qualifying equipment. If you are a farmer and wish to use the farm exemption you must send us a properly completed and signed Purchaser’s Exemption Certificate – Items for Agricultural Use or For Agricultural Purposes and Power Farm Equipment.
