INFORMATION
Yoder & Frey Auctioneers Inc.
- The layout of the display in enclosed, however, Yoder & Frey Auctioneers reserves the right to make changes to this layout as needed.
- Yoder & Frey Auctioneers, Inc. will contact you to choose your spot, by fax, after payment has been received. You will be given 24 hours to select your spot or Yoder & Frey Auctioneers will choose it for you.
- Setup assistance will be provided through February 8, 2008 only. Vendors requiring loading assistance will be charged as follows:
- Crane Fees: $100 per hour, minimum $50,
- Loader or Forklift Fees: $50 per hour, minimum $25.
- Two vehicle passes will be issued to each vendor completing the financial and insurance requirements. THESE ARE THE ONLY PASSES YOU WILL BE GIVEN. Passes, maps and instructions will be mailed in late January.
- Vendor passes are for loading and unloading only. If your booth is not large enough to accommodate your vehicle, it must be parked in the parking area. Parking in the aisles will be grounds for revocation of your parking permit.
- A map showing space assignments by company name will be available to all registrants in the main office. This map will also appear on the information sign outside the main office.
- The auction office will open Monday, Feb 4, 2008 for registration. We recommend that displays be set up by February 8, if possible.
