Process

Contact a Yoder

on the upcoming auction.

Contract
- Obtain contract
from your salesmen or call 800-842-6221.
- Read, sign
and send back the contract
to Yoder & Frey Auctioneers, Inc at fax #419-865-4595. Mail
the original contract
to 1670 Commerce Rd., Holland, OH 43528.
- After you
sign a contract, you
will be assigned a consignor number. This number will never change
and can be used at ALL Yoder & Frey auctions.
- Your consignor
number MUST BE WRITTEN on ALL of your equipment coming to the
sale site. This will ensure that you are paid for your piece.
- No equipment
will be received at the sale site without a signed contract
and a consignor number.
Keys and Manuals
- Two sets
of keys MUST accompany each machine. One set of keys should be
turned in to the office and one will be cabled into your machine.
- All manuals
should be turned in to the auction office before the start of
the sale.
Listing Sheets
- Obtain listing
sheets from either your salesman or by clicking on the links below:
- Completely
fill out a sheet for each piece of equipment you are bringing
to the auction. Double check all serial numbers and descriptions
for accuracy. Correct serial numbers will ensure your equipment
is placed properly in line.
- Ask your
salesman when the deadline is for the catalog and brochure. The
brochure is mailed out first to all prospective buyers and the
catalog is given out at the auction to all registered buyers. Items received
after the deadline will not be in the catalog or brochure.
- Send completed
listing sheets to fax number 419-865-4595. Please do not send
duplicates. If you are not sure if we received your fax, call
us at 800-842-6221.
Transporting
equipment to the sale site:
- Write your
consignor number on all pieces of equipment coming to the sale
site.
- Inform your
trucking company of your consignor number and give them a number
where you can be reached at if there are any problems or questions.
- Keep all
shipping documents from your trucking company showing proof of
delivery to the sale site with a signature of a Yoder & Frey
Auctioneer representative.
Yoder &
Frey Auctioneers will have equipment on site to help you load in
and out.
At the sale site:
- Ask the clerks
in the registration office for a copy of your consignor list and
verify all serial numbers and descriptions for accuracy.
- Take your
consignor list to the field and verify that the lot number on
your machine matches the lot number on your printout. It is your
responsibility to ensure this information is correct. If you have
any questions or problems, contact a Yoder & Frey representative.
- Turn in all
title work to the title clerk in the office
After the sale:
- You will
receive an audit list from us listing the equipment you sold and
the amount it sold for. Verify all information on the audit list.

- Payment will
be mailed to you 14 banking days after the last day of the sale
(18 banking days for the Kissimmee, FL sale).
- All checks
will be sent to the address listed on your contract and audit
list.
