Q When do my titles need to be in the office?

• It is the responsibility of the consignor to obtain and provide a clear title to Yoder & Frey Auctioneers.
• All titles must be properly signed off and notarized and turned in at least one week prior to the day the item sells.
• NO CANADIAN titles will be accepted.
• Items arriving without a valid and transferable title WILL NOT BE SOLD.

Q Where do I turn my titles in?

• Take all titles to the title office or finance office ONLY. DO NOT give your titles to any person in the field or your salesman.
• If you choose to mail your titles, send them by overnight courier ONLY. TITLES SHOULD NEVER BE SENT BY REGULAR MAIL.
