Buyer understands and agrees that all items are being sold "AS-IS-WHERE-IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS". Auctioneer expressly disclaims on the part of Auctioneer both in its own implied warranties of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Buyer expressly waives any claim relating to the condition or future use of items purchased. Neither the seller nor the Auctioneer shall be responsible for any errors in the description or condition of the items being sold and Buyer should not rely thereon, but rather should rely on their own inspection of the items.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, partial payments for multiple items shall not give rise to a right of possession of any individual items.

Risk of loss and responsibility to insure items purchased shall be upon the Buyer from the time the auction hammer falls on the successful bid of such items. Buyer should take the steps necessary to insure all items purchased.
